This project was initially launched by a French teacher who attended CESU 2022. Following the event, the initiative expanded internationally, bringing together European colleagues for a tree planting event around March 21, 2023, in celebration of the International Day of Forests. To date, over 300 students across 10 countries have participated, and the network continues to grow!
The project was awarded the La Forêt s’invite à l’école 2023 trophy, highlighting the widespread impact of the initiative.
